PHASE 1

Baseline Assessment

2 day on-site visit to determine a baseline measure of the facility and carry out a practical assessment of the technical skills in the workshop.

Detailed KPI evaluation to establish a baseline measure of operational & financial performance.

Benchmark report comparing current technical, operational & financial performance with peers and best in class repairers.

Receive a prioritized action plan.

PHASE 2

Action, Mentorship & Achievement

The second phase is action focused to drive continuous improvement & includes:

• Weekly one-on-one 30 minute coaching call with Collision Advice to review repair center’s KPIs and focus on areas of opportunity.


• Monthly coaching sessions on: Estimatics, Customer Service, Financials & Leadership.


• In-person performance group meetings (3 per year).


• Ongoing technical & operational benchmarking.


• Hands-on, instructor-led, technical skill development programs (for CSRs, repair planners & technicians).
