Building on core small damage skills, technicians spend 8 immersive days developing a complete validated small damage skillset. The primary difference between our inshop course and this one is the lever-based repair technique. This is a more advanced, repetition-heavy skill that simply can't be locked in during a 2-day course. There's enough live-panel practice to fully validate the capability before returning to production.
Small Damage excellence lets technicians pull a wider range of dents and creases without heat, body filler, or even paint in some cases, preserving factory finish and structural integrity while still delivering a repair that looks, and holds up, like new.
A broader validated technique set means fewer repairs get sent to a sublet vendor or routed around a technician's limitations, because the limitations are eliminated. Small damage stays in the shop, on the schedule, and in your account.
